"The hotel is updated, modern, everything was beautiful, wonderful breakfast, the view was absolutely spectacular, the parking was a problem at the beginning but soon they helped us find a space. If you’re thinking to rent a car, my advice would be to choose a small car, parking is an issue in most parts of Mallorca. The room was quiet, perfect for sleeping."

"Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! "The reception were abrupt the life guard was rude also saying you couldnt sit by the childrens pool the pool water was so cold and the outside space was shaded it was a something and nothing place to stay however it had a good location.Oh and there was blood marks on the sheets."

"Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only. Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options...
