The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it. The structures are beautifully remodeled with only a small number of individual units spread throughout the main building and casitas.
