"What a magical experience we had in this hotel, rustic and cozy style, with the most dedicated staff making us feel special. Breakfast is amazing, unique and every day is something different. Quiet and peaceful with the wonderful views and sunsets. Fine dining was phenomenal too. We were lucky finding parking close, even one night in front of the Hotel, parking is an issue over all Mallorca."

"Caspapa was a quiet and lovely place to stay. There is no nearby parking for the hotel so you have to park down the street and walk through the village to get to the hotel. Once you get there the location is wonderful in the middle of lots of shops. The staff was engaging and a pleasure to visit with. The room was clean with a spectacular view of the village. "

"We stayed at Valledemossa Hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. This is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every detail was appreciated, and with only 12 rooms on site, the staff is extremely attentive to every customer. The check-in process was lovely, with a welcome drink and nice tour of the property. "A great place for a short stay. However, it’s an old house, so something may go wrong at some point- it takes longer than 5mins to get hot water in shower, and it drips, hard to get my hair wet. Almost everything gets done (self service) through the iPad at the front desk, barely see any employees around."

"Das Hotel selbst war ok, allerdings sehr hellhörig, kein Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war gut, das Restaurant hatte Höhen und Tiefen im Service, war tw. nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Einmal sind wir gegangen, weil einige Speisen nicht verfügbar waren und man bei anderen keine Bereitschaft hatte, auch nur die geringste Abweichung zur Karte vorzunehmen. Schade! "
