"Cosa Dorado is charming and unique. It is situated at the end of the main road in town right across from the water. It is a perfect location. The only issue is you do not have free parking and you have to pay to park in a lot next to the hotel. I absolutely loved the style of the hotel. There are a lot of garden and grounds and every day there was a gardener tending to it. The rooms are large and super quaint. Very northern european feel with antiques and objects. "Historical building entirely renovated with plenty of historical piece of furniture creating a very nice and cosy atmosphere, other than being super clean and very well equipped. Right at the center of Dorgali (plenty of shops, restaurants and artisans walking distance) and few minutes to Cala Gonone by car. Personnel super friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back for another trip to Dorgali or Cala Gonone wonderful beaches"

"Stunning views, but that’s what you’re paying for. To be honest the place has great potential but it’s super worn down and not taken care of. Maybe it’s because we visited during off season but the furniture/couches outside were both dirty and broken, the rooms were ok clean, but low standard with things breaking and iffy heating. You will struggle if you don’t speak Italian as the personell barely speak English. It’s not 24/7 reception so we had issues at 01 am with people from the camping...
