Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per 5 notti. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro e il porto, silenzioso, nonostante ci fossero molti ospiti, camera grandissima e pulita, bagno comodo, piscina vivibile, animazione divertente. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il servizio di prenotazione escursioni e navetta, tutto perfetto. Colazione abbondante e varia. Siamo stati benissimo. Unico piccolo neo: le zone comuni, come la sala della colazione, risulta troppo grande e un po' anonima. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Takk for turen!

Vi har nettopp vært en uke på Sardinia, og har storkost oss! Cala Gonone er en akkurat passe liten by, og det tar kun 10 minutter å gå til stranda, og 15 minutter å gå fra hotellet til sentrum. Solsenger og parasoll på stranda er ikke inkludert. Det koster €20 pr person om dagen. Det syns ikke vi at det var verdt, så vi kjøpte oss en parasoll på markedet, og lå på sanda med et håndkle under oss - helt prima! Vi tok fly til Olbia og buss derfra til hotellet. Fra endestoppet (Cala Gonone) er det kun 7 minutter å gå til hotellet, og ingen bakker. Anbefaler det! Kun €16 pr. billett istedenfor taxi for €150. Betjeningen på hotellet var veldig imøtekommende, og var veldig behjelpelige. Frokosten var ok+. Det var både brød, rundstykker, yoghurt, frokostblanding, frukt og kaker. Det eneste som trekker ned er at flere av juicemaskinene var ute av drift, så det ble mye kø på de få som fungerte. I tillegg opplevde vi flere ganger at det var tomt for brød eller pålegg. Tok litt tid før betjeningen fylte på. Men alt i alt er vi fornøyde! Spesielt til denne prisen.
Helt fantastisk strand! Litt tungt å gå alle trappene opp igjen til hotellet, men det går fort! Sola gikk ned ca. 18.

Mi dispiace ma non posso lasciare un feedback positivo perchè nonostante la struttura e il posto non sono male, nella mia stanza non funzionava la Tv, e nonostante sia intervenuto il tecnico, persona cordiale, non si è riusciti a risolvere, e questo lo posso anche capire però date un'altra stanza allora. Inoltre la luce esterna non funzionante aveva lampadina e plafoniera visibilmente rotti. L'acqua nella doccia impossibile da regolare: o fredda o bollente. In bagno un odore sgradevole, forse dagli scarichi. E altri aspetti di mancanza di attenzione. Mi dispiace perchè è un bel posto vicino al mare.

No me ha gustado, hemos estado y pagado para cuatro ñersonas y nos han puesto en una habitación muy pequeña, la calidad del desayuno es malísima. Tienes que pagar 3 euros por entregar y cada ez que tienes que cambiar las toallas de la piscina, necesitas gorro de piscina. No repetiría.

Ocean view

Rooms are clean and we enjoyed great ocean view. Balcony was useful to dry beach items. Perfect for family with small children. Parking was always full and we had to park on street.

Very dirty and better not to take breakfast there

The location is incredible but the hotel itself is catastrophic at so many levels. Beautiful nature around you and such not clean around, from plastic bottles and cigarettes on the floor, the level of hygien and cleaness is unrespectful for your guests. As a traveler around the world, never seen a 4 atars hotel with such low level of breakfast and the stuff was like surprise i request an omelet. Worst breakfast ever :/ and again the level of dirt even in the dining room is simply a shame for a 4 stars hotel :/ very very disapointed both my wife as myself. The pool itself is remarquable from size and beauty of Sardinia and pretty hard to sleep since there ia always activities in the pool. For family cab be cool, not for a romantic weekend.

Struttura con grande potenziale ma gestione non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Troppa gente e poco personale in relazione al numero di ospiti (code per qualsiasi cosa…). Giardino non curato e sporco (mozziconi di sigaretta ovunque), spiaggia con ombrelloni appiccicati. Un unico accesso alla spiaggia, noi eravamo dalla parte opposta e sotto il sole era davvero pesante. Ci sarebbe stato un secondo accesso vicino alla nostra camera ma ci è stato detto era chiuso perché pericolante… nel complesso una delusione.

La tv era un articolo da museo. La portafinestra della camera anche si chiusa ha fatto entrare l’acque in camera ed una pozzanghera si è formata dentro. Fortunatamente non avevo lasciato lo zainetto sul pavimento altrimenti mi avrebbe rovinato i passaporti, vestiti, ecc. Il frigo non funzionava ma dopo averli chiesto di riparare, finalmente abbiamo potuto avere l’acqua fresca in camera. Un po’ preoccupato anche sugli assembramenti in questa crisi Covid. L’albergo potrebbe essere più attento e richiedere agli ospiti più attenzione.

PRO: Camera spaziosa e ben climatizzata. Struttura immersa in un parco ampio. CONTRO: Camera difficile da raggiungere (e nessuna indicazione fornita dalla reception). Dated place with big pool

Private beach: if you book via hotels.com, you have to pay 20eur/day to use the property's sunbeds and umbrellas at the private beach. Buy your own umbrella and move 5 meters south to the public part of the beach, water is cleaner and there's no seaweed. Service: terrible - everything costs extra, probably smiles as well, since we didn't get any. Rooms: very dated, a tile was missing, shower was small but towels were changed every day. Pool: was huge and ok. Parking: possible at premises but you'll most likely find a spot outside on the street. Bfast: we skipped due to covid19.
