"Impeccable boutique hotel that we cannot recommend enough. 5 stars!!! Staff are so friendly and accommodating and made our stay so cozy (thank you the thoughtful welcome gift). Details around the hotel take it to another level and feel so exclusive. If we ever visit Palma again this is where we would stay. Rooftop pool views and vibe were superb! Also, the restaurant was top notch and do eat there if you can."

"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Loved our stay here. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the center of Palma, with stunning views overlooking the Marina. It’s a great base for exploring Palma itself and the rest of Mallorca."

"Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept."

"Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...

Special shoutout to Gloria , she was one of the reasons we had a great experience , she took things personally and went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful.
