"Our stay in the cottage was lovely. A couple of things. Wifi does not work in cottage. Bathroom lights flickered. Dinner and breakfast were one of our bests on our trip. Felt bad for the manager on the evening shift. She had trainees to supervise. Front desk to manage and bar to oversee. I think that that was unfair. The wait staff should have had at least one person who knew how to clear tables."

"After being assured there was a help line out of hours for any issues, when the machine gave me just one confirmation number instead of two, I called and called and each time to gave recorded messages till finally it cut off. As a result my daughter spent her night on the floor on our room!!! Apparently to get the second room code, the only way is to download confirmation as PDF and then it should appear... Too late to be told that next morning....!!"

"What a gem of a hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful, location is great and a very easy route to Le Shuttle, the evening meal in the restaurant was one of the best during our French roadtrip. Well done 10/10"
