"We arrived after a 5.5 hr drive and dropped our stuff in the room and went for dinner with our 2 dogs … when we returned to our ‘accessible’ room we were very tired and it was late … upon investigation there were human blonde hairs on the sofa, someone’s scrunchie on the floor next to the bed, the accessible shower floor was dirty, the taps were dirty and there’s was no handwash next to the sink, which was also dirty along with the skirting boards next to the bed … I wasn’t even sure that the...

"When we entered the room it smelled like used socks, which was not that pleasant at all. We showered and there was only one towel available. The staff gave us a second one after we asked, but there should be at least 2 if you made reservations for 2 people.
