"Firstly arrived and there is rubbish all over the outside. Checked in to have to pay a 150 pound deposit which we didn’t know about. Then went to the room the door handle was broke and door didn’t shut unless key was in back and locked. The toilet was not very stable the room smelt damp my parents room the light switch was hanging off open wires showing. "Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Fährhafen war gut. Das Frühsrück war liebevoll und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer allerdings nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben, viel kleiner. Das Möbiliar wurde schon lang nicht mehr gewartet: kaputter Duschschlauch und ein Badezimmerschrank der an einer Seite stark locker war und herunter hing. Im anderen Zimmer war ein Riss in der Bettdecke- was allerdings schnell behoben wurde."
