"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand.

"The keeper's cottage is cosy and quiet, loved the bath. The breakfast room is a beautiful, sunny place in the morning with a view of the golf course. Breakfast options were satisfactory and the food was great.
The staff were very friendly. There was no iron in our room but they had one for us to borrow. They were very apologetic when we told them the fan in our bathroom didn't work. There were just some cobwebs near the ceiling but not a big deal cause the bed and towels were all perfectly...
