"Washer in room . Erika, Sylvia and the owner Ariana were so helpful in helping us resolve issues with car rental. Sylvia called three different Europcar sites to resolve an issue for me. Erika and Arianna the owner were also very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment. Parking under the building. A grocery store across the street. Restaurants next to the building. A little far away from the Verona historic center. Excellent location if you are travelling between Venice and Milan."

"I would highly recommend this property. It was very clean, brigth and modern. Cleanliness is the most important factor for me when I book holiday stay. The apartment had everything in the we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay and on our next trip to Verona we are going to stay there again! "I gave one star because we were asked to pay 10euro per bicycle to park inside. It's ridiculous. We cycle a lot and it has never happened before. Verona is a big hub for cyclist and not posting this information is just misleading."

"This was a great option for a multi day stay in Verona. The hotel location is excellent right across from the Castelvecchio and with very easy walking distance to Piazza Erbe and the historic center. The staff were very accommodating with any request for assistance we needed. The breakfast was top notch and the staff overseeing it were absolutely wonderful."

"When we arrived we were not told that we hadn’t paid. I had a request the previous day for payment which took me to our bank for payment which I duly did. However I did not realise but the bank declined it as a dodgy payment. Normally when you arrive at a hotel they ask for payment if not already taken but nothing was said. We wanted to get off on time when we left as we had a long way to go that day, but got held up over the payment issue. I strongly recommend that you take payment on arrival...
