"The staff were very friendly. Did not realize there were no elevators. I would requested a ground room floor had I known. Pool was a little dirty, “Spa” had one working jet and no way to turn on a timer. Very few small towels for pool use."

"Check in was fast and simple. Staff was kind and helpful. Our room was great and accessible for my husband, who is in a wheelchair. We were also right by the pool and weight room, which was nice! Breakfast is good, with a great variety! We stay at this property every time we come to Caldwell, because it is a good price and a nice! Thank you so much!"
