"Very disappointing experience. The property did not reflect how it was represented online and felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Our sheets and drapes were stained, hair on the floor and bathrooms, the elevator and common areas were dirty, and the overall condition was poorly maintained. We requested a refund upon arrival but were only offered different rooms. Since it was late at night, we ultimately stayed. Based on the cleanliness, condition, and overall experience, I would not recommend...

"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. With the price of this location, the beds should be worth the price. The window fans do not keep the...

"I've written my comments before on my experience and what I've eye witnessed - clumps of hair and grime all over the bathroom walls and bathtub, slimy oily floors, scratch groove marks all over the vinyl floor (could not walk bare feet), tiny pillows, not very helpful and slow reservation process and obtaining the door access codes, etc.). It was extremely disappointing. As a result, I left the hotel room without staying over night. I would not go back here again."

I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."
