We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . "We did not get the apartment we requested. Pictures on website is not even close to what we got. It was supposed to be a two story apartment, and we got a tiny one floor. Horrible experience "

"Really convenient location in Palermo and I felt very safe walking around. Lots of restaurants within close distance and having the cafe next door for breakfast was perfect. All the staff (including at the cafe next door) were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and perfect for what I needed for my 3 night stay. "
