"Iv stayed at this property before and it was good. This last visit was very poor. I will not be staying again. Checking in was good, I was greeted with friendly efficient staff. Going to my room was ridiculous, there was no lights on the whole floor so it was very dark- couldn’t see and kind of scary. By morning they did plug some lights in on the floor. All I wanted was to relax, have a bath and go to bed. The bath had hairs on it… the corners of the rooms were no overly clean, but had been cleaned, just poorly. I went to turn down the sheets and they didn’t fit the mattress so didn’t stay on the bed, the matress was very old and not very comfortable. I thought I’d relax a bit and the tv was just static, and remits didn’t work. When I got up I noticed things around the room such as a big star of scotch tape on the wall to hold on peeling paint, lots of scuffs, very cheap maitabance. I will not be staying again-expected more from a 190$ a night room. The biggest erk was that I told front desk and the lady didn’t make notes so upon check out the manager says there was no notes so he’s not doing anything. I will never stay there again."
