"Quick weekend away so looked for and found this hotel with lots of 5 star reviews so booked it. I guess my view of a 5 star place even at this low price is very different. But no dresser drawers? No microwave? How about a wheeled desk chair? With all that missing the in room amenities are sorely lacking. We didn't use the coupon or the Italian breakfast so can't comment but the little place in the lobby sered god awful coffee and what seemed like week old pastries. So. Will not stay at this...

"the check in was good , helpful staff . room was clean and tidy. bed was super comphy
breakfast buffet was great as always. only real complaint as last time i was there , parking lot is crammy if you get a spot at all . said i could park across the street on a seperate lot if it was full. don't like to leave in the evening as might not get a spot when you come back. don't like the idea about parking across the street. maybe iam being to picky?"
