"The room was clean, the staff were excellent to deal with. The room had of course been through renovations over the years and there were some spots within the room that made it obvious, like it had been slapped together in a hurry. Parking can be limited depending on what you drive due to the height restrictions for their underground parking."

"Stayed on 5 floor 533 problem with thermostat no control , bed was great tv didn’t have any streaming sites . Hotel alarm went off at 10 pm bc some selfness guest was smoking in their room . Not cool hope the guest got charged. Hotel restaurant had good food. Cobb salad excellent. After the alarm going off I will maybe get a BB next time ."

"We rented a basic 2 queen room. A older looking room, but very spacious and clean. They have removed some of the rugs out of the rooms and replaced them with planking. Very nice. Price was average for a Friday night."

"I recently stayed here last week and overall, the experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location and overall service standards were truly impressive. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. One of the front office guy came across as unwelcoming and uninterested. There was no smile, and responses to basic questions felt abrupt and lacking warmth"
