The rooftop hot tub was amazing. Sat there with minus 3 outside but sunny. Had my hat on did not feel cold at all and actually was burnt. We also used the treadmill and weights in the gym . Very accommodating staff . Highly recommend this hotel

Disappointing stay at Sandman Hotel. Requested a lower floor multiple times due to my child’s difficulty with elevators—no response and was told it wasn’t possible.
