"Staff super helpful and kind. Breakfast was plentiful, hard to find a seat in the later hours. Parking is easy. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Pool is small, but the slide is very well loved by the kids."

"Room was dated, and a bit dirty. My daughter spilled some water on the floor and the napkin we used to dry it up was black after. The pool was ok, breakfast was mediocre at best. Our room door didn’t close properly and the bathroom ceiling is very low with some mould spots above the shower"

"Gave a 5 star to offset some of the lower reviews. In reality it's like a high 3 to low 4 star. It's a budget conscious hotel, but that is okay as long as you recognize that's what you are there for. The building is dated, the tile is cracked, the elevator is old, slow and sketchy. The room however was incredibly clean, the staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great. Overall very happy with my stay considering the price parity with other hotels."

"Air conditioning did not work, so they placed a portable stand alone air conditioner in the room. The room was no maid service and the room was not cleaned for four days. The sheets and towels were not changed during thi time. The front desk staff did provide coffee for the coffee machine on most days, but one evening the staff could not find the coffee. The restaurant was closed and the pool was suitable for children only."

We booked with this property, never received check in information, efforts to call the host were answered with an automated system, then when passed to the next level, they never picked up the phone. Without check in information we had to book a different property. So we paid a night and didn’t stay. Weren’t even given so much as an address. Expedia got invoked and requested a refund and the host refused. I am a decades long user of Expedia and never been treated like this...
