"Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! "

"We were welcomed warmly and offered tea while we checked in. Juliana took the time to inform us about the area and how best to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for long showers."

"From the moment you arrive at Furnas Lake Forest Living, you feel a sense of calm. The reception was easy to find and we received a very warm welcome and explanation of the property, then were guided to our house. It was a very personal experience and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. The houses are secure, quiet, immaculately clean, and situated in a stunning forested area. "Environnement tranquille, chambre propre, construction et ameublements neufs, bons petits déjeuners. Plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche."

"Huge breakfast bar, grest dinner food, service 10 stars. Hot.pools are best feature. It was so good that we returned after a couple of day after chevkout just for a dip in y be pool (spa visit). If we return on tbe island, we'll stay in this hotel."

"Very charming but a few things to mention. We did have ants so we needed to make sure all snacks were put away. Coffee was not good, breakfast was good but not great. Lots of stairs and no elevator. Right in town so very nice and close to everything."
