"First off the elevators did not function. Not a single elevator was in working order. Would not have booked a room if I had known. Second, the front desk gave someone a key to our room as we were sleeping. Two people entered as we were asleep, this startled us from our slumber. The front desk acted as if it was not a big deal or a real issue . I believe it is a big deal and a problem, either the front desk is inept or part of a criminal group stealing possessions.
