ReservĆ© la habitaciĆ³n por medio de la pĆ”gina web de Hoteles.com incluyendo los impuestos y los seguros hoteleros, los cuales se cargaron a mi tarjeta de crĆ©dito. Sin embargo al llegar al hotel me fueron cobrados nuevamente los cargos de impuestos y seguro y al informar que estos ya estaban cubiertos por la reserva, ignoraron mis argumentos diciendo que eso era un problema de Hoteles.com y no del hotel. Que me dirigiera a ellos. Yo expresĆ© que estaba hablando con ellos, porque a ellos yo les habĆ­a cancelado la reserva pero se negaron a considerar mi caso. En todo momento, el trato fuĆ© displicente, descortes y desconsiderado. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, tengan cuidado con las reservas por internet.
