This was by far the best stay that I have had at this hotel. She was extremely serviceable & very attentive. Not only during check-in but throughout our entire 4 days stay. The hotel & guests are very fortunate to have her be part of the experience. "

"La propiedad esta en una zona muy buena de Cali y muy segura, hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para caminar y relajarse. El hotel tiene un servicio muy bueno tienen un equipo de trabajo excelente muy serviciales . Su desayuno muy bueno. Lo evaluaría de 10 le doy 10 . Sus camas limpias, pulcras yo tome la habitacion con balcon a la calle y es como un apartamento ,las fotos de la descripcion se ajustan perfectanente con lo que brindan. Te brindan el servicio de taxi , tiene elevador el hotel . "
