"I came during off season and they graciously upgraded me to the balcony view, it was absolutely worth it! the view is amazing and I could watch the sunset. Also gave me lots of information on food, transportation, how to walk to the neighboring cities etc. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant.
