The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom.

Good hotel, rooms were well equipped and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants, the train station, and the castle. Only possible issue is parking. They have a lot, but it is open to public parking also. Be ready to search for a spot if you're driving.

エリアとしては、駅前の繁華街から少し離れていて、周囲が夜は暗い印象だったので、女性一人で旅をする場合は少し怖いかな、と感じました。 施設自体はきれいで、非常に快適で、朝食も満足でした。駐車場は、基本的には路上駐車なので、車上荒らしが怖い場合は近くの有料駐車場に停める必要があります。 施設の立地が、坂の上なので、スーツケースは基本おすすめできません。

We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!
