"Communication was fabulous, from the day we booked right up to our arrival. This included suggestions and assistance to book our activities for the day after we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air con which was much needed. Fresh water daily and a lovely bottle of juice each. Close to the action for the ferry, sunset pictures and great restaurants. The views from our room had us captivated. We wished we could have stayed longer. Gracie mille 😊"

"Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property. From the warm welcome at check-in, the comfortable bed and amazingly clean surroundings. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. Also it is the perfect place to stay for getting the train and visiting cinque Terre. "Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend"
