"I booked a king room and ended up in a two full size bedroom. The room wasn’t clean when we got there at around 10 pm so we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The floors were still dirty even though the bed appeared cleaned. The entry light and the bathroom lights didn’t work, however the entry way light came on at around 2 in the morning. The sink faucet came off into my hand when I tried pulling it up. There was a lot of identifying noises in the room throughout the night. The floor was flooded in the morning when we woke up at around 6:30 am. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!!!! After speaking with the desk clerk at around 7:30 upon leaving he stated he would refund my credit card for the full amount, however that has not been done. After speaking with the hotel staff this morning they stated that they had refunded the funds but hotel.com would actually be the one issuing the refunded. "
