"Forced to get room upstairs. This was ordered in January. The place was dated. The hot tub didn't work right, jets would not kick in!. Late on continental breakfast! It supposed to be a certain time! A lot of staff couldn't speak English! TV didn't work right! Overpriced for a Old dated place!"

"The Sequoia Suite was very nice. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with stand up shower and tub. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. One was thicker than the other and very dense. More pillow options would be helpful. We never saw a staff member or talked to anyone. There wasn't a place to check-in when we arrived. I was texted a code for getting into our room. Also, they advertise that breakfast is included with the room, but...

"Definitely a unique hotel with a fun, vintage atmosphere. It had basic amenities in the room, no fridge- but i had a cooler. The unique decor was what sells this room- it was the Norma Jean room. The hotel itself seems pretty old, but that's what gives it the charm. The rooftop restaurant/ bar had a nice view and good food/ service. I know parking seems to be an issue for some, but i opted to pay $15 extra to get a spot on site in a small lot. I unfortunately left before breakfast was served,...
