"TV was on full volume in the unit attached to ours. Called host at 10:00 PM and she said she would be there in 10 minutes. She never came. Got no sleep, TV was still on through the morning. Toilet leaked out the bottom covering the floor. Maintenance came and was very helpful but this was 8:30 at night and was told they knew about the problem before we arrived. Nice property, not much of anything to do in the area for families. Unit was clean."
