"They need to open the pool earlier. We weren't able to use the pool before check out."

"One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Was old and tired and dirty and smelly. Terrible choice to stay there. Holes in curtains. Dirty coffee machine. Bathroom stunk of drainage. Floors in bedroom stunk of disinfectant and were sticky. "

"What or any issues that may be experienced are will/would be promptly resolved to the guest's complete satisfaction, e.g., the people in the room above my room were "heavy walkers" and staff was very gracious in resolving the issue. In addition the staff are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly!"

"I arrived really late and it was no problem. Place was clean and kinda retro cute. The area is kinda funny. Super close to piedmont st that’s great for walking and shopping. Lots of great restaurants in area. Funky coffee shops and little restaurants on same st as motel as well. Across from car dealerships and very close to Kaiser medical center. "
