"This is a great place to stay! The room was very clean. There was plenty of parking right in front of the room we had. The pool was nice, but the water is cold. Not heated. But you get used to it and it feels great. The rooms with a king size bed have their own little patio with table and chairs out a sliding glass door. The view was very nice. We will stay here again."

"It is an unusual place with a pioneer flavor. We enjoyed our stay. Great place if you are going to Bodie. Loved feeding the fish. Comfortable but cramped room in a log building. Tub with shower was slippery. Be careful."

"Shower not clean. Toilet paper stuffed in cracks in tile in the shower. Air conditioner cut off and on, not relative to the room temperature. Bed was not comfortable."

"Ok, room was very nice and I liked that it was close to the river..... But I do not like the No Lobby trend. I've been to 2 motels that did things this way and the Both, including this one, had issues with room assignment. With the first one, another guest had tge same room number and code and tried to enter my room. With this one I was the guest trying to enter another's room. Im sure No lobby saves on money but youve really got to do better with room assignment"

"Receptionist was super nice and cheerfully checked me in even though I arrived wayyyy late! The rooms are spacious, the beds are clean and comfy, and overall everything was very nice quality :)"
