"There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. "Everything was pretty good except for the door would not latch fully. You literally had to lift up for it to latch and be able to lock it. And minor details like a rusty toilet paper holder and cracked light cover in the bathroom. But the view was so worth it. These would have been a bigger issue if the stay would have been longer. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will be back just because you have water on both sides and it is secluded from the everyday busy bodies."

"The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did try to go to the pool but when we opened the door there was a very strong smell of chlorine. More than usual. So much my eyes were burning. We decided not to get in. Very sad because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. Yet, overall our experience was very good."

"Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. "This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house.
