"Great stay experience!
Firstly the room, grounds and facilities were spotless clean and well maintained. The room was not only clean but EXCEPTIONALLY clean! Secondly, The views are amazingly serene and surreal. Thirdly, the room was situated correctly and intelligently. By that I mean sitting outside in the front of the room you can experience the mountain/nature views and the excitement of the tennis/pickleball playing and when you want a serene experience you sit on your balcony looking to the south towards the ocean off in the distance.
The room was a little small but very, very comfortable. But hey you are in Puerto Rico. You go to your room to sleep. You don’t go to hang out indoors really! AC is perfect!
You don’t see the staff when checking in. The key to the room is in a lockbox outside the room and you are provided the code to get the key to your room via email.
There isn’t daily room cleaning. But if you need anything the staff is there for you. Shout out to Rose!! She introduced herself to us and is very personable and nice! A definite asset to the hotel!
A suggestion if I may— can there be washer/ dryer facilities provided on site for the guests? There are none at this time. Otherwise EXCELLENT stay!!!
