WiFi worked great and we had a great view of the city. Great helpful staff and good location near all the main tourist attractions. Unfortunately we had to leave the country early due to Coronavirus border closings. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Paz."

They have spa at the hotel but I do not recommend, never have I felt so worse after spa day. Staff are nice but not well trained for spa services. Overall we had pleasant stay, besides spa. Bonus point they have free flowing tea and hot water. "

"The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too. "
