"We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!"

"Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Ich rate von diesem Hotel ab. Einer fremden Person wurde unbefugt Zugang zu meinem Zimmer gewährt. Als diese mich nicht hineinließ, wollte das Personal ernsthaft, das ich über den Balkon einsteigen, was natürlich nicht ging. Nachdem die Tür endlich geöffnet wurde, fand ich meine Sachen im Zimmer verteilt und mit Blutspuren der fremden Person vor. Das Hotelpersonal weigerte sich, die Polizei zu rufen („würde nichts bringen“), und drängte mich lediglich in ein anderes Zimmer. Eine Rückerstattung...

"I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel. "

Special shoutout to Gloria , she was one of the reasons we had a great experience , she took things personally and went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. "The single room was very comfortable and plenty big enough for one person. The hotel this year was a lot quieter at night, they have solved the issue of lots of drunks coming in throughout the night and waking everyone up. Rooms always clean. Choice of buffet selection is brilliant both at breakfast and evening meal and generally cooked really well. "

"Hotel is lovely, clean, great location. Rooms are good, could do with a little fridge in them and the AC is temperamental. The ‘gym’ is just one bench and a couple of dumbbells/kettlebells. Enough to get a workout done however it is definitely not worth to be called a gym. The staff were great. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway then id avoid this place as it seems to be quite the hotspot for lads holidays, so very noisy and they were also disrespectful towards my partner. "Sehr gutes und nettes und höfliches Personal, nur im Restaurant etwas übereifrig da die gebrauchten Teller und Bestecke zu schnell abgeräumt wurden! Das war etwas nervend, - Teller leer,- schon kamen die "Abräumer", man war noch am Kauen und der Teller wurde weggenommen! Leider war auch keine Garderobe auf dem Zimmer und keine Koffer-Ablage sowie Ablagen für die Wäsche!! Auch das Toilettenpapier war das Billigste was ich je erlebt habe!,- total dünn, also nahm man es "doppelt"! Was man mit dem...
