"A really great boutique hotel to relax in. The grounds of the hotel are immaculately maintained and the rooms are luxurious and spacious. The staff are so friendly and polite and make your stay easy. You need a car or taxis if you want to venture out. But the hotel is perfect to completely switch off from the outside world. "Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Lagune, die Fotos haben nicht übertrieben. Der Check-in war sehr freundlich, wir konnten die Zeit bis zum Bezug unseres Zimmers an der Seafront bereits nutzen, soweit es unsere Müdigkeit von der Anreise zuließ. Das Zimmer selbst ist gut ausgestattet mit großen Ablageflächen, Rainshower, großes Bett mit harter Matratze und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den schmalen Eingang in die Lagune und den Mainpool samt Seabreeze-Bar. "I was in Mauritius for work and booked this hotel an hour before I checked in without really researching it at all. It was superb. I stayed for 2 nights all-inc. The staff were lovely - polite but also fun to talk to. I had an amazing massage in the spa (by Cedric). I took a hobbie cat out and spent a morning zipping up and down the bay (though got told off for staying out too long!!!). "We had an excellent stay at the Oberoi. All the staff were attentive and so sweet. From check in with Vindi who was so great at telling us all we needed to know. The grounds are so beautiful, the beach was perfect, the pools were clean and so refreshing! Oh and the food! Fantastic! The rooms are maintained well and we had turn down service every evening with beautiful towel designs. "Fantastic Hotel and Food! My wife stayed for one night. The hotel is fantastic especially the pool area, with a fantastic view. The beach is shallow so don't expect to swim a lot there (but the hotel pool will be better anyway). Plenghty of places to sit and relax. Food was beyond expectation for both Dinner and Breakfast. For Lunch and else prices were relatively reasonable. I would definitively go back there. "

De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast. Ontbijtbuffet is prima maar wordt saai omdat er geen variatie was. Personeel is vriendelijk"
