"The hotel from the second we walked in was amazing. The staff, the room, the restaurant and bar everything was not only great, but exceptional. Everything was clean. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could want. All of the staff are amazing and anyone staying there would be lucky. The dinner was amazing and staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was also great with a large selection of food and drinks. If we ever go back to the Azores, this will be the hotel we are...

"The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. "
