"Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. Gracias"

"Toda la experiencia ha sido 10/10 el personal es amable y te ayudan con todo. Desde el segundo uno, la estancia ha sido buenísima y cualquier contratiempo lo solucionan sin pega. "I had a very pleasant stay at Isla Mallorca Hotel & Spa. The location is great—it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Palma on foot. There’s also a huge supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient, and parking was possible for free on the street—you could always find a place next to the hotel, and it was very convenient, and the hotel has excellent bus connections to different parts of the city and the airport.

"We really enjoyed two nights at this hotel check in was fast efficient and relaxed. Breakfast was really good the room was very comfortable on the first day we received complimentary water and delicious fresh fruit a nice touch and very tasty. The pool area is very nice with terrific sea views. Excellent friendly staff would definitely recommend."
