Hôtel original et agréable, avec un personnel sympathique, même si aucun membre de l’équipe ne parle français. Le seul petit bémol concernait un maître-nageur qui en faisait qu’à sa tête. Nous avons haussé le ton face a lui et avons fait déplacé la réception car nous avions raison, de ce fait, il nous avait dans le viseur. Concernant la nourriture, c’était plutôt bon pour un tout compris. Certains plats et basiques étaient proposés systématiquement (comme partout), mais il y avait toujours de nouvelles choses à découvrir, donc la variété était tout à fait correcte. En revanche aucun repas à thème. L'hôtel est bien placé, proche de la mer, du centre ville, boutique etc.. Le ménage était bien réalisé, la chambre était spacieuse et toutes les chambres bénéficient d’une vue agréable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Great for families, food and little basic. Updating the rooms but not all were completed. Sunbeds need organising as quite a few where reserved with towels then not used . Mermaid experience was quite expensive. Entertainment was to high standard,

Having stayed here about 15years prior I can say I still enjoyed my stay as much as the first. My only issue was the age of the kitchenette and it’s equipment. Whilst the room has had a makeover, the fridge, hob and cupboards had all seen better days! If you couldn’t find a subbed in the afternoon, asked a lifeguard and they soon found us a couple. Elvira, one of the reception staff is one of the loveliest ladies and she has a heart of gold. Her and my 4yr old daughter had the great friendship and she made our stay much more pleasant.

Not what it says on the tin

Firstly i had requsted a low down apartment due to my wifes ill health i was given top floor and the last apartment in the building, you have to walk two lenghts of the appartment blocks for nearest lift or continually walk up four flights of stairs the appartment was run down and no doors on the bedroom wardrobes, the cleaners ( if your lucky to see one ) 9 days i was here and saw the cleaner twice and had the towels changed 3 times, the appartment wasnt cleaned the whole time we were there i actually had to borrow next doors brush set to clean the apartment, food i dont know if im just being fussy but i usually eat it hot , unless your there bang on start of meals your food will be cold and not very good choices, breakfast same everyday as is lunch, then you have the staff and entertaintment i found all the staff great to get on with apart from the bar manager he is in the wrong job he is just plain nasty to adults and kids This was the first time me and my wife had gone all inclusive and i was hugely disappointed we had done this to suprise my grandkids as they were there at the same time and it soured our trip, definitely wont return here

We stayed for four nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. The hotel’s pirate theme is fantastic, the pools are enjoyable, and the entertainment team, bar staff and waiters work incredibly hard. Unfortunately, the pools were closed twice during our stay due to contamination incidents. The food was disappointing, with very limited choice and a standard more in line with a 2-star hotel. The biggest issue was the evening entertainment seating. Around 20 tables were reserved for VIP guests, requiring an additional €30–40 to secure a seat. For a hotel charging over £500 per night, this is unacceptable. On my son’s birthday, he wanted to watch the show. He is autistic and requires close supervision, so I quietly placed a single chair at the side after finding no available seating, despite around 18 VIP tables remaining empty. A supervisor named Beverley approached almost immediately. I explained the situation and my concerns, but she was dismissive and offered no reasonable solution. Instead, she suggested I sit on the wet artificial grass or watch from the restaurant, around 50 metres away, where there was no air conditioning despite temperatures of 35°C. When I said I intended to make a complaint, she simply replied that I could “do what I wanted.” I later discovered from reception that Beverley was the supervisor, which made the interaction even more disappointing. Honestly this hotel really isn’t worth the money. Poor food, poor drinks quality, poor management

We recently stayed at Pirates Village and overall had a good family holiday. The positives were definitely the entertainment, which was excellent, and the staff, who were all very friendly and fantastic with our toddler. The pools were great, especially the splash pool, which our little girl loved. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location is ideal with everything within easy reach. We also appreciated being allowed to continue using our all-inclusive bands after check-out until we left for the airport. There were a few areas that could be improved. Our room wasn't cleaned during our 3-night stay and we didn't receive fresh towels unless we asked for them. The food was average and the all-inclusive drinks and cocktails were disappointing, with many tasting watered down. It was also frustrating that some drinks required an extra charge despite being on an all-inclusive package. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and created some lovely family memories. Pirates Village is a great choice for families with young children, mainly because of the excellent entertainment, facilities, and welcoming staff.

We combined pool/beach and sightseeing vacation for a family including a 5 y.o. and that worked well for us. The pools and slides and entertainment were perfect for him. Can walk to the beach while stopping at numerous souvenir shops or restaurants on the way. The buffet food was Ok but since we did not plan to be there all the day long, we did not do all inclusive. Local food was way better and tastier somewhere else. Noticed majority of the guests had the orange "all-inclusive" badges meaning they likely stayed on the property all the time? I would not do it unless you have kids under maybe 8 y.o. and not interested to see anything else on the island (which has lots of other exciting things to see and do!) The room was generally comfy and very clean, but the kitchen stuff was very old. Cracked plastic on the kettle, rust on the fridge etc. I think this hotel could spend just a little bit to update fridge/stove/kettle/microwave in the rooms and that would go a long way. Supermarket just a block away kitchen (even the old one :) ) made quick breakfasts very easy for us. Tip for parking: enough free street parking just around the block near the supermarket. Had no safety concerns. Long walk from the elevator to most of the rooms, with many corners making it difficult to move with your bags, just an FYI. Caution they wash the floor outside every morning and don't put any warnings! Out 5 y.o. fell the first morning, thanks god he was Ok.

Best shows ever!

Shows are amazing. Every evening they have entertainment , kids are amazed they want come back again. Buffet is small, not too much choice for an adults but for children is perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, staff were brilliant. Easy walk to the beach. Complete pain in the backside that the pool is only open 10-6 but closes for large spells of the day for the pirates to do their show. I know it's for entertainment but it's a nuicence when you are just trying to chill out and have a swim with your family

Final visit to Pirates Village - Wont ever go back

2nd visit here (last one in 2018) and hotel has gone downhill. Food-Mediocore and incredibly repetitive.. Artificial non-fresh juices, 1 option for yogurts every day "bannana" flavour. The chef on the eggs /grill area had the most hostile miserable face Ive ever seen. This is a kids/family hotel, but is unwelcoming. Management clearly non esistent, especially re housekeeping and the food/bar areas. We went all inclusive but I had to (self service) request cups at least 10 times during my stay as they had run out and nonody replenishing them. They were taken directly from the dishwasher so were warm to touch. Who puts a cold drink into a warm cup?? The slushy and soft drinks machines constantly covered in wasps so impossible for kids to use. There were daily fights for sunbeds/parasols. Theres maybe 15 parasols for the entire complex. Broken and chipped tiles in the kids pools so my children had cuts on 3 occasions. Our towels were only changed on request and our room only serviced once on day 4 of a 7 night stay. Unless you have very very low expectasions for your holiday, avoid this hotel at all costs. Management seemingly oblivious to the dreadful standards. If you check out at noon and need to stay in hotel until later in the day or afternoon, be aware that the water in the 'courtesy' shower is freezing cold. i.e take your shower in your room before you go. I told the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders and said thats the only shower they have post checkout.

Les animations pour les enfants sont géniales! La nourriture, il y a le choix! Toujours pizza pâtes riz, toujours du poisson et de la viande et chaque jour un plat ou 2 différents proposé! Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyée tous les jours, ou alors vite fait. Les chambres mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement, frigo rouillé taches sur les murs

Shoutout to all the pirates dedicated to entertain the quests (children and adults). Also EVERYONE from the staff were really helpful, polite and positive people. I truly have nothing bad to say from this place. I Highly recommend this hotel to all families!

Hotel con piscina estupenda para niños, limpio, aunque por 300€ la noche la relacion calidad/precio no corresponde, esta dejado, le falta mantenimiento; hamacas rotas, baños perdiendo agua constantemente,la placa de la cocina sin funcionar, y el hombre mayor de recepcionista borde no,lo siguiente!

Kinderpool sieht super aus, war aber eiskalt. Zimmer sind grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, jedoch sehr abgewohnt und leider hat der Gast vor uns im Zimmer geraucht und zwar nicht nur mal eine Zigarette. Die beiden Räume waren komplett vernebelt. Wir konnten leider erst am zweiten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Gesamteindruck: außen hui - innen pfui. Schade.
