"The hotel was probably the best in the local area, however while it was acceptable, several items would not make it an easy choice to return. The hotel was often full of smoke, a good portion of the beds were extremely hard. the Traffic noise from outside was disturbing. the Breakfast was restricted and very average. "Great, beautiful boutique store. It’s right in the center of old town Ninh Binh, so it was the perfect location. The staff is nice and welcoming. We had a river view room - gorgeous. Lots of places to eat and really glad that we could just walk around when night time falls since the area becomes alive."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh mango. As we were eating, they replenished the mango, filling another plate with fresh slices, a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects their warm hospitality. They asked about our breakfast preferences and even prepared chicken pho for us. It was one of the best bowls of pho we had during our time in Vietnam. The laundry service was excellent and very affordable at only 50,000 VND per kilogram. Our clothes were washed, dried, neatly organized, and returned the same day smelling fresh and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and dependable WiFi. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions, and Grab rides were easy to arrange, inexpensive, and arrived quickly whenever we needed transportation. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and genuinely caring hosts, Vu Hotel is an excellent choice."

"Our stay at LaLua resort could not have been more perfect.The exceptional staff and a shout out to NGA and Thai who went above & beyond to be helpful.We loved our beautiful spacious room with mountain views with fabulous ensuite facilities,the room was spotless which housekeeping do a fabulous job.The whole resort is just beautiful with superb tropical gardens surrounding a beautiful refreshing pool with plenty of sun lounges & umbrellas for shade. The onsite restaurant was fantastic with plenty of choices for lunch or dinner,the buffet breakfast was fabulous. The resort has plenty of push bikes to take out to explore which we used a couple of times,the resort is in a quiet lane and not a lot in walking distances but we had a driver that the resort organised for us who were very reliable and prompt who took us wherever we needed,,we would not hesitate to recommend this resort & look forward to our next stay."

"This is an exceptional hotel in Ninh Binh. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful bath tub and power shower. What makes this hotel is the staff starting with the concierge who organised our trip for us, he is a credit to the hotel who could work in the top hotels in Mayfair, London where I’m from. Our check in and out was seamless and when we left for Hanoi we had an amazing send off by the staff. Thank you so much Legend Hotel, will be back next year for a longer stay. Best wishes to you all. "If you want a paradise in somewhat remote area with a gorgeous accommodation, this is it! All the staff was amazing and the facility is so wonderful with attentions to every detail. Nothing but nature is there but if you call a grab, restaurants, major activities are 15 min drive away. I don’t want to recommend this as I want to keep it to ourselves without spreading to others but I highly recommend this!! Good for a couple or family."

The rooms and food are amazing and I would recommend this place to all. They also offer loads of activities that you can do. Again the best place I’ve ever stayed"

"While the staff were very friendly and welcoming, my stay was significantly impacted by the noise levels. The property is home to local frogs that live directly beneath the rooms; their calls are remarkably loud and sound similar to barking dogs and is constant non stop! from 8:00 PM until 4:00 AM every night. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you may find it difficult to get any rest here."
