Nice property! The beach was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Some small comments if I may though, our first night there the big pool chloride smell was so strong that we couldn’t use it, we stayed for 4 nights for 6 people but we had to make multiple attempts to call the front desk and wait quite some time to receive enough bathrobes and shampoo enough for our family. On our 3rd night, 3 of our keys didn’t work and got to contact the front desk again. Property condition and amenities are amazing, might be a bit short-staffed though.

The villa, the rooms, the services, the staffs are much lower grade than the property applies it 5 stars, 3 stars is the most I can say about this place. The reception manager is tried their best but it’s nothing they could do. Not worth the money. Will not comeback.

Disappointing Experience at a Resort

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this restor, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards of a five-star resort. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that there was no welcome drink offered. When I inquired about it, the receptionist's response was rather rude, directing me to a self-serve area in the corner. To add to the initial disappointment, we waited for over an hour for our buggy to arrive to take us to our villa. It became apparent that we had been forgotten, prompting me to remind the staff of our pending transfer. When we finally reached our villa, I was dismayed to find that the swimming pool was in poor condition, with visible patches that detracted from the overall experience. The following morning, my hopes for improvement were dashed when I visited the breakfast buffet. Rather than a restaurant experience, guests were directed to an upstairs area where food was served in a manner reminiscent of catering, lacking the ambiance one would expect at a luxury resort. Overall, my stay at this restort fell far short of the five-star standard I had anticipated. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with subpar amenities and service, left me with a lasting impression of disappointment. Regrettably, I do not foresee a return visit to this establishment in the future.

가성비 좋은 풀빌라입니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 거실도 넓은 편이라 좋았습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 중간에 빨래하기도 좋고, 에어컨은 추울 정도로 잘 나옵니다. 메인 수영장은 바닷가에 가까이 있어서 비닷바람이 계속 불기 때문에 5월에도 덥게 느껴지지 않았어요. 메인 수영장에 사람이 많지 않아서 더 좋습니다. 풀빌라만 있는 곳이라 투숙객이 많지 않아서 그런 것 같아요. 빌라 풀은 물 속 돌계단이 잘 안 보이고 각이 져 있어서, 다리가 계단에 부딪히면 쉽게 까지니 조심해야 합니다. 조식은 리셉션이 있는 건물 가든식당에서 뷔페를 이용하는데, 현지식도 함께 구성되어 있어서 만족도가 좋은 편이었습니다. 여기는 조식만 운영하기 때문에, 점심, 저녁 식사를 먹을 수 있는 식당은 메인 수영장쪽 브리즈 바 뿐이라는 게 좀 단점입니다. 뷔페를 이동하든지, 단품을 주문해 먹을 수 있었지만, 구성이 조식 대비 적기 때문에 만족도가 높진 않습니다. 리조트 내 식당 음식이 질리셨다면 배달K로 배달음식을 주문하시면 됩니다. 리조트 정책상 빌라 문 앞까지 배달 오토바이가 들어오진 못하기 때문에 정문에 나가 음식을 받으셔야 합니다.
