"First the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus feet’s away from the airport walking distance 5 minutes tops. But this hotel needs work…especially the rooms. The carpet had a bad smell (had to ask air freshener over and over again) couldn’t change rooms. The bathroom had seen better days not just regular wear and tear. I thought this would be a great place being Hyatt Place and the pictures. But I was wrong…next time staying somewhere else…plenty of nicer hotels in Aruba."
