"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."

"Very poor service and in dis-repair! No hot water in shower in our room and shower head sprayed everywhere when turned on. Could not take a shower. No coffee service in room. When i went down to the front desk at 6 am to tell them about the shower and to ask them about lack of coffee service in the the room, they said it is not provided but we could request coffee service and it would be brought to the room.
