"Outdoor pool and hot tub closed . Staff said I has been closed since October for repairs. If you book through a third party then breakfast is not included. When they messaged that I could upgrade to an ocean view room I accepted. They then said oh no you booked through a third party. We have stayed there many times before but we will look into other options . "
