"The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants.
The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! "

Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. "The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. "We found our 2nd floor room to be clean and tidy. Towels were restocked every other day per our request. We slept comfortably every night! Breakfast was what you would expect from a quick hotel breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches one day, mini breakfast burritos and bacon the following day, plus the usual pastries, bagels and oatmeal. We appreciated there being plenty of restaurants and a few grocery stores near by. "
