There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. "You don’t actually meet any staff but emails and notices at the property are good. Great location, decent accommodation and well equipped room/ apartment. My only request would be a new washing up sponge and a clean tea towel but that’s just a thought. We would definitely return."

I received the door codes message ok although I never received the pre booking email mentioned by others. The room seemed ok and I had a ground floor room at the front with big bay window. But no power. But shower was hot. I knew I was going to be there for 10 hours tops so I lived with it. As expect, any calls for assistance remain unanswered.
