"We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge! The staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding attention to detail. We especially appreciated their willingness to accommodate our request for an early check-in, making our arrival much more comfortable after traveling. Their hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction truly exceeded our expectations. A fantastic experience from start to finish! Highly recommended,...

"I was only there for a quick weekend wedding trip but the two nights were incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean. I was grateful to have some complimentary coffees available in the morning (and some waters after having a few too many after the wedding). The neighbors were quiet and the staff really did me a solid after I asked for a late checkout. Would absolutely come back."

"It was a charming property."

"Room was clean and spacious. Was there five nights and things weren’t re-stocked. Shampoo bottle not refilled, ran out of toilet paper and towels. Had to go to front desk for these items. Outlets near bed and desk lamp not working."

"Good location, breakfast was good. Had some damages around the building that showed lack of maintenance."

"My stay was wonderful due to the staff and amenities. I appreciate the friendliness and assistance provided whenever needed."

"The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again."
