"Pool chairs are usually marked in the morning until about early evening. Will need a car to get around to most places but within walking distance to a shopping area. One restaurant on site. Peaceful, nice views, serene Decent spa with separate pool Rooms are overall clean"

"Big alert the property is under renovation, during 8-4 there is a lot of noise. The property was nice place, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffin, cereal, yogurt and juices. If it wasn’t for the construction noise it would have received a bigger rating. I was not informed of the construction intill I was there checking in. It would have been nice to know before hand."

"We loved the property because of all the beautiful trees and foliage. Beautifully appointed and clean. However while at the pool the music was extremely loud and selection of songs not quality music!! This hotel is advertised as a quiet oasis for relaxation!! The music didn’t let you relax at all!!"

"Except for a loud waiter who was yelling loudly at a disgruntled customer at breakfast on Sunday, June 21, 2026, which was highly inappropriate and disturbing, the rest of my stay was good. I had a room on the upper floor with a balcony and a nice view of the lake and the mointains. Its too bad the restaurant closes at 7 pm and the choice of food was just poor! "My husband and I stayed here for several weeks in one of the Villas, and we put some friends up in the main hotel. There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff. On the last night that our guest stayed in the main hotel, the ceiling in her room leaked everywhere due to a burst toilet pipe from the room above. "I liked it stay, room was gorgeous. Views impeccable; staff amazing. Yep things kept me from giving them a 5. 1) aerial yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t know until we showed up. She said there was “no way to contact me” but I gave them my phone number when I signed up and they didn’t even check to see if I was a guest? 2) vegan food options were non existent so we door dashed a couple times. Would have preferred to be able to eat thheor food, at the bar/restaurant."
