"I was pretty disappointed overall with this property receiving such high scores. The front desk personnel were young and rude and distracted, check in was slow too busy chit chatting with each other. Our shower door was off square therefore it leaked all over the floor. Bed was ok, AC was extremely noisy but functional, TV was large and selection was good no Microwave in room is very inconvenient for a stay. The food very mediocre and tasteless usual fake eggs, cheap precooked paper thin...

"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!"
