The front desk staff was helpful on arrival, during the trip, and upon departure. The room itself was fine/clean. Some of the exterior elevator call buttons were broken, pushed back into the frame, but were still being used. Seemed like a little bit of a hazard to me.
The dealbreaker for me was after I got home and unpacked. I realized I had left an outfit hanging behind the bathroom door. I am 100% positive that I left pants and a shirt there. I reached out through the app and didn’t hear anything back after several days. I called the hotel and she said she would look into it and give me a call back in 10 minutes. I didn’t hear anything. I received a message in the app that stated they have a system they log items into and there was nothing for my room. So that means the items were either taken or thrown away. That’s just really unfortunate. Totally my fault for leaving anything behind, but the kind thing to do would have been to let the guest know.
