"We had a very chill stay at the Sonesta ES suites. It’s a nice laid back atmosphere and everyone was friendly. The room was clean when we arrived, updated, spacious, and had ample desk and table space. The mattress was very firm but surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. My son used the pull out bed and the mattress was not supportive at all, but comfortable enough for a tall teenager to sleep comfortably. The full kitchen was great: everything but a regular oven. "The staff was nice and rooms were dated. Everything was clean. The food and happy hour was overrated. It was the same happy hour during my stay, nothing different. The breakfast was ok and the same. It would’ve been nice to factor in allergies and food most don’t eat. I would’ve been happy with regular sausage or bacon. My epi pen didn’t see the chorizo spices coming. The extra hidden fees were interesting. I stay various places 4-6 annually. I wouldn’t stay again knowing better places exist...

"The property was very well kept. I stayed at the property because it had breakfast which was unorganized and not kept up with the refilling of the food. I don't eat a lot of the food that was available to me and then it would take up to 30 minutes or more for the food to be refilled and then fir them to run out of brown sugar and other amenities wasn't good. The rooms were well kept and clean. The location was pretty close to a lit of things in the city."

"Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast."

"Amazing service. The resort is definitely a 5 star. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great at all the restaurants especially the steak house. The pools were so big and lots of bars available. The spa is a 5 star! My wife had a facial and I had a massage.. one of the best ever. Highly recommend"

"Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again."
